Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
Welcome to Quiet Trouble. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of quiettrouble.com and purchases made through the website.
Throughout these Terms, “Quiet Trouble,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Quiet Trouble. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the website or placing an order.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing from Quiet Trouble, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Adults Only
Quiet Trouble is intended only for adults.
You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the legal age of majority where you live, and be legally permitted to view and purchase the products offered through the website.
By using Quiet Trouble or placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe a purchase would violate applicable law or these Terms.
About Our Products
Quiet Trouble sells adult wellness, pleasure, intimacy, personal-care, and related products.
Products are intended for lawful personal use and should be used only as directed by the manufacturer.
Product information provided on the website is intended to help you make informed purchasing decisions. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have a medical condition, injury, allergy, sensitivity, are pregnant, have recently undergone a medical procedure, or have another health concern that may affect product use, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a product when necessary.
Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, cleaning directions, and safety information.
Stop using a product if its use causes pain, injury, unexpected irritation, or another adverse reaction.
Product Descriptions and Images
We try to present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, images, and other information accurately.
However, information supplied by manufacturers or wholesale partners may occasionally contain errors or change without notice.
Colors and appearance may also vary depending on your screen, device, manufacturing variation, or packaging updates.
We may correct errors, update information, or change product listings at any time.
If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and provide an appropriate solution.
Prices
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We may change prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, or offers at any time before an order is placed.
The price charged for an item is the price shown and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other permitted charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
Because some products may be supplied or fulfilled by third-party wholesale partners, inventory information can occasionally change before our systems receive an update.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected item.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or can fulfill the order.
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment problems, shipping restrictions, legal restrictions, or errors in product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by a person, household, account, payment method, or address when reasonably necessary.
Payments
Payment must be made using a payment method accepted at checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
We may use fraud-prevention or payment-verification services before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, charges, destinations, and other fulfillment information are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy and during checkout where applicable.
Some orders may be fulfilled directly by approved wholesale or dropshipping partners.
As a result, products in the same order may occasionally ship separately or originate from different fulfillment locations.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
If we cannot ship an order within the time promised, we will notify you and, when required by applicable law, give you the option to consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a prompt refund.
Quiet Trouble is not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control, but we will assist customers with legitimate delivery problems when reasonably possible.
Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.
Contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Discreet Packaging
Privacy and discretion are important to Quiet Trouble.
We intend to use discreet outer packaging whenever reasonably available through our fulfillment partners.
Exact packaging, return-address wording, shipping carrier, and fulfillment practices may vary by product and fulfillment provider.
For more information about our approach to discretion, please see our Privacy & Discretion guide.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, incorrect items, and other order-related remedies are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Because many products sold by Quiet Trouble are intimate or personal-use items, hygiene and safety considerations may restrict whether certain opened or used products can be returned.
Nothing in our return policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and any information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
We may request photographs or other documentation when appropriate.
Available remedies may include replacement, refund, credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Product Warranties
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer according to its own terms unless Quiet Trouble expressly states otherwise.
Quiet Trouble does not independently extend a manufacturer’s warranty unless we expressly agree to do so in writing.
Find Your Fit Quiz
Quiet Trouble may provide a product-recommendation quiz or similar tools to help customers browse products.
Quiz results are automated merchandising recommendations based on the information you choose to provide.
Recommendations are not professional, medical, therapeutic, or health advice and do not guarantee that a particular product will be suitable for every person.
You remain responsible for reviewing product information, manufacturer instructions, warnings, dimensions, materials, and other relevant information before purchasing or using a product.
Our handling of quiz information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You may be able to create a customer account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Please notify us promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.

If Quiet Trouble allows reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, or other user-submitted content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.
You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
We may moderate, reject, or remove submitted content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, explicit beyond what is appropriate for the website, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies.
Third-Party Services and Links
Quiet Trouble relies on third-party providers for services such as hosting, ecommerce technology, payment processing, security, shipping, fulfillment, recommendations, and other website functions.
The website may also contain links to third-party websites.
Quiet Trouble does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their separate content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.
Website Availability
We work to keep Quiet Trouble available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security issues, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace website features when reasonably necessary.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
Except for warranties expressly provided by a manufacturer or rights that cannot legally be excluded, Quiet Trouble does not make additional guarantees that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, consumer protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quiet Trouble will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products purchased through it.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits their enforcement.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Quiet Trouble for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.
Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

Nothing in this section eliminates rights or protections provided by applicable consumer law that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, services, technology, policies, or legal requirements.
The version posted on the website will include its effective or last-updated date.
Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

If Quiet Trouble does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
