Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
Quiet Trouble (“Quiet Trouble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. We operate an online retail website focused on adult wellness and pleasure products, and we recognize that privacy and discretion matter especially in this kind of shopping experience.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you may have regarding your information.
By using quiettrouble.com, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Who We Are
Quiet Trouble is an online retailer based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States.

For general questions:
Adults Only
Quiet Trouble and its products are intended only for adults age 18 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Order information, including products purchased, order history, shipping information, returns, refunds, and customer-service communications.
- Account information, if you create a customer account.
- Quiz and recommendation information, including answers you provide to our Find Your Fit quiz, preferences you select, recommended products, and an optional email address if you ask us to send your recommendations.
- Payment-related information, which is generally collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on Quiet Trouble’s own systems.
- Communications, including emails, support requests, privacy requests, and other information you choose to send us.
- Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, security logs, and cookie or similar technology data.
- Shopping activity, such as cart activity, checkout activity, product views, and interactions with site features.
How We Use Information
We use personal information only for reasonable business purposes related to operating Quiet Trouble.
This includes processing and fulfilling orders, arranging shipping, providing customer service, maintaining customer accounts, processing returns and refunds, preventing fraud and abuse, protecting our website, providing requested recommendations, maintaining business and tax records, improving the shopping experience, and complying with legal obligations.
We also use information when necessary to investigate security issues, enforce our policies, or protect Quiet Trouble, our customers, or others.
Find Your Fit Quiz and Recommendation Data
Our Find Your Fit quiz is designed to help shoppers narrow down products based on preferences they voluntarily provide.
Quiz answers may relate to personal or intimate product preferences. We recognize that this information deserves a higher degree of discretion.
RevenueHunt provides the technology used to operate our product-recommendation quiz. Depending on how the quiz is configured, RevenueHunt may process quiz responses, selected preferences, recommendation information, technical information, and an email address when you voluntarily provide one.
Providing an email address to receive quiz recommendations is optional.
Providing your email for quiz results does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
We do not sell quiz-response information. We do not use quiz answers to create unrelated advertising profiles, and we do not use them to infer characteristics that are unnecessary to provide Quiet Trouble’s shopping and recommendation services.
Quiz recommendations are automated merchandising suggestions only. They do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Orders, Fulfillment, and Dropshipping
Some Quiet Trouble orders may be fulfilled directly by approved wholesale or dropshipping partners.
When necessary to fulfill an order, we may provide the fulfillment partner with information such as your name, shipping address, contact information, products ordered, quantity, and order or shipping instructions.
We provide only the information reasonably necessary for the supplier to fulfill the order.
Shipping carriers may also receive information such as your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and tracking information as needed to deliver your package.
We share only the information reasonably necessary to fulfill and deliver your order. Packaging, carrier, and fulfillment practices may vary by fulfillment partner.
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers made available through Quiet Trouble’s checkout.
Depending on the payment method you select, the payment provider may collect payment card details, bank information, digital-wallet information, billing information, fraud-prevention information, and other information needed to authorize the transaction.
Quiet Trouble generally receives confirmation of payment, transaction identifiers, payment status, and limited payment-method information rather than your complete payment-card credentials.
The payment provider’s privacy policy also applies to information it processes.
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate the website and business.
These may include website hosting providers, content-delivery and security services, ecommerce technology providers, product-recommendation services, payment processors, email providers, fulfillment suppliers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, and technical-support providers.
These providers may process information on our behalf only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform their services, subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, subpoena, government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud or security threats, or protect the safety of customers or others.
If Quiet Trouble is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Quiet Trouble may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, remember preferences, maintain shopping carts, support account logins, protect the site from abuse, understand website performance, and provide requested functionality.
Some cookies are necessary for the website and checkout to work correctly.
If we later use non-essential analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking technologies that require consent or an opt-out under applicable law, we will provide the appropriate controls.
We do not currently use Find Your Fit quiz answers for targeted advertising.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools to understand general website performance, traffic patterns, device types, page usage, and how visitors interact with Quiet Trouble.
Where reasonably possible, we seek to use analytics information in aggregated or de-identified form.
Analytics information is used to improve website performance, identify technical problems, understand which content is useful, and improve the customer experience.
We do not use general website analytics to profile individual visitors based on intimate product preferences.
Email and Communications
We may send transactional or service-related emails concerning orders, payments, shipping, account activity, customer-service requests, privacy requests, security notices, or other communications necessary to provide requested services.
Marketing emails will be sent only when permitted by applicable law and when you have provided any required consent.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the message.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional messages regarding an order or account.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate the business, and to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute-resolution requirements.
Order and transaction records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to satisfy tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, chargeback, and recordkeeping obligations.
Customer-account information may be retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.
Quiz-response information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide recommendations, support the service, analyze quiz effectiveness, or meet applicable legal requirements. We may delete or de-identify quiz information when it is no longer needed.
Customer-service and privacy-request communications may be retained as necessary to document and resolve the request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include encrypted connections, account-access controls, hosting security, firewall and security services, software updates, backups, and limiting access to customer information to people or service providers who reasonably need it.
However, no website, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy law applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
These rights may include requesting access to information we hold about you, requesting correction of inaccurate information, requesting deletion of eligible information, obtaining a portable copy of certain information, opting out of certain sales or targeted advertising, limiting certain uses of sensitive information, withdrawing consent where applicable, or appealing a decision concerning a privacy request.
To submit a request, email:
Please describe the request and provide enough information for us to reasonably verify that the request concerns you.
We may ask for additional information when reasonably necessary to verify identity and prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion of another person’s information.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Quiet Trouble does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not sell or disclose quiz answers or intimate product-preference information for advertising purposes.
If Quiet Trouble later engages in advertising practices that are legally considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under an applicable privacy law, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required opt-out methods.
Your Account and Data Requests
Certain information may not be eligible for immediate deletion when we are legally required to retain it, such as records necessary for taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, legal claims, or regulatory obligations.
Deletion of a customer account does not necessarily require deletion of information we are legally entitled or required to retain.
Third-Party Websites
Quiet Trouble may contain links to websites operated by manufacturers, suppliers, payment providers, social networks, shipping companies, or other third parties.
Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies. Quiet Trouble is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.
United States Operations
Quiet Trouble is operated from the United States and is currently intended primarily for customers in the United States.
If you access the website from another country, your information may be transferred to or processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
Privacy protections in those locations may differ from those in your home country.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our business practices, technology, suppliers, payment providers, legal obligations, or website features change.
When we make material changes, we will update the effective or “last updated” date shown at the top of this page and provide additional notice when required by law.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
