Shipping & Returns
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
We want ordering from Quiet Trouble to feel straightforward, discreet, and predictable. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we handle fulfillment, delivery issues, cancellations, returns, refunds, damaged or defective products, and other order concerns.
If you have a question about an order, contact:
Please include your order number whenever possible.
Where We Ship
Quiet Trouble currently serves customers within the United States, subject to product availability, fulfillment-provider restrictions, carrier limitations, and applicable law.
Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, carrier restrictions, and applicable law.
We may decline or cancel an order that cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the destination provided.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment authorization and any necessary fraud or order review.
Some products may be fulfilled directly by approved wholesale or dropshipping partners. Processing times may therefore vary by product or fulfillment location.
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.
An order confirmation means we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean every item has entered fulfillment or shipped.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping and delivery estimates shown on the website or during checkout are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate fulfillment information based on the information available to us and our fulfillment partners.
If we cannot ship an order within the time promised, we will notify you and, when required by applicable law, give you the option to consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a prompt refund.
Shipping Delays
If we learn that an order cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you.
When required by applicable law, you will have the option to consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a prompt refund.
If we determine that we cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel it and issue a refund rather than continue delaying shipment.
Carrier transit delays occurring after shipment may be outside Quiet Trouble’s direct control, but we will assist with legitimate delivery problems when reasonably possible.
Discreet Packaging
Privacy and discretion are important to Quiet Trouble.
We intend to use discreet outer packaging whenever reasonably available through our fulfillment partners. Product names or adult-oriented descriptions generally should not appear prominently on the outside of the shipping package.
Exact packaging, return-address wording, carrier information, and fulfillment practices may vary by product and fulfillment provider.
For additional information about discretion, see our Privacy & Discretion guide.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it may be provided by email, through your customer account, or through another order-status method available on the website.
Tracking information may take time to update after a carrier receives shipment information.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at orders@quiettrouble.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct an address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been submitted to a fulfillment partner or carrier.
Additional shipping or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate the request if fulfillment has not begun.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, been transmitted to a supplier, or shipped, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
If an order cannot be canceled before shipment, any available return options will be governed by the return provisions below.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
Intimate and Personal-Use Products
Many products sold by Quiet Trouble are intimate or personal-use items.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, worn, tested, or removed from sealed hygienic packaging generally cannot be accepted for a discretionary return or exchange.
This restriction does not apply when applicable law requires another remedy or when an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under this policy.
Please inspect packaging before opening a product if you believe you may need to return it.
Unopened and Unused Products
Unopened, unused products in their original factory packaging may be eligible for return, depending on the product, fulfillment circumstances, and applicable supplier requirements.
Contact us before sending anything back.
Do not mail a return to an address shown on the original shipping package unless Quiet Trouble specifically instructs you to do so.
We will provide return instructions if the product is eligible.
Return authorization does not guarantee a refund if the item returned does not meet the stated eligibility requirements.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized by Quiet Trouble before shipment.
To request a return, email:
Please include:
- your order number;
- the product involved;
- the reason for the return; and
- photographs when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or when we otherwise request them.
We will let you know whether the product is eligible and provide instructions for the next step.
Return Shipping
For discretionary returns of eligible unopened products, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
When a return results from our error or an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Quiet Trouble will determine an appropriate return or resolution method.
Do not independently purchase expensive return shipping or send a product back without authorization and expect reimbursement.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges generally are not refundable on discretionary returns unless Quiet Trouble states otherwise.
If a refund of shipping charges is required by applicable law or results from an error for which Quiet Trouble is responsible, we will handle the refund accordingly.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please retain the product, packaging, shipping materials, and shipping label until we have reviewed the issue.
We may request photographs showing the damage and packaging.
Depending on the circumstances, the available resolution may include replacement, refund, credit, or another appropriate remedy.
Defective Products
If a product appears to have a manufacturing defect, stop using it and contact us.
Please provide your order number and a description of the problem.
We may request photographs, video, product markings, serial or lot information, or other reasonable documentation needed to identify the issue.
Some products may also be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. When appropriate, we may assist you with the manufacturer’s warranty process or direct you to the appropriate warranty provider.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product, wrong quantity, or an incomplete shipment, please contact us before opening or using an incorrectly delivered product whenever reasonably possible.
We will investigate the order and determine the appropriate resolution.
Remember that products from the same order may sometimes ship separately, so an item that appears to be missing may still be in transit under a separate shipment.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that a shipment has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact us.
We may review carrier tracking, verify the delivery address, contact the fulfillment provider or carrier, and request other information reasonably necessary to investigate.
The appropriate resolution will depend on the carrier information and circumstances of the shipment.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the delivery area, household members, building staff, neighbors where appropriate, and any location in which the carrier may reasonably have left the package.
If it still cannot be located, contact us promptly.
We will review the available tracking and fulfillment information and help determine the appropriate next step.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, repeated failed delivery attempts, or another issue not caused by Quiet Trouble may be subject to additional shipping costs before reshipment.
If a returned order is eligible for a refund instead, reasonable shipping costs already incurred may be deducted where permitted by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time after we issue a refund depends partly on the payment provider and your financial institution.
We will notify you when a refund has been approved or initiated.
Where applicable law requires a refund within a particular period or in a particular manner, we will follow that requirement.
When applicable law requires a refund to the original payment method rather than store credit, we will provide the required refund.
Exchanges
Because of the intimate and personal-use nature of many products, traditional exchanges may not always be available.
When an eligible unopened product can be exchanged, we will provide instructions.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement rather than requiring a traditional exchange when appropriate.
Sale, Clearance, and Promotional Items
Special pricing does not eliminate any legal rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
However, discretionary returns of sale, clearance, promotional, discontinued, or specially designated final-sale items may be restricted where permitted by law.
Any product-specific restriction will be disclosed when reasonably appropriate.
Gift Cards
Gift cards and similar stored-value products generally are not returnable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Refund Abuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to investigate return, refund, delivery, or chargeback requests when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.
We may refuse a discretionary return when we reasonably determine that the request violates this policy, involves altered or misrepresented merchandise, or reflects abusive or fraudulent activity.
Nothing in this section limits remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it.
Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising any lawful rights available through your card issuer, bank, payment provider, or applicable consumer-protection law.
Manufacturer Warranties
Certain products may include warranties provided directly by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s own terms.
Quiet Trouble does not independently extend or modify a manufacturer’s warranty unless we expressly state otherwise.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping & Returns Policy as our products, fulfillment partners, shipping methods, or business practices change.
The current version will display its effective or last-updated date.
Changes will apply prospectively except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy is intended to waive or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, applicable law controls.
